Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a meeting with members of the government and heads of state agencies to discuss the implementation of the President’s instructions on carrying out economic reforms in the interests of citizens.
According to the government’s press service, domestic car manufacturers and banks will continue financing programs that help citizens purchase passenger vehicles.

Essentially, it is an installment-based purchase: the leasing company buys the necessary item and transfers it to the client for monthly payments. After the contract expires, the client can purchase the property at its residual value. Such programs are usually designed for businesses — enterprises, individual entrepreneurs, and self-employed persons. However, a similar mechanism is now planned to be launched in Kazakhstan for ordinary citizens as well, allowing them to buy cars under more affordable conditions.
